David Down (BSc Hons) is a fully qualified and insured practising Sports Therapist, based in the Milton Keynes, Hertfordshire and London areas, and is also an active member of the Society of Sports Therapists. He specialises in using the principles of sport and exercise to make sure that clients are training and competing in a safe and efficient manner.
David firmly believes in the application of effective sports therapy and strength and conditioning techniques to improve the entire fitness and sports performance of a client.
David is well respected in his field, currently working at MK Lightning and Formally MK Dons as part of the Sports Medicine Department. David has also worked within a private practice setting, where he has been able to treat a wide range of sports people from different disciplines.
As a result of his diverse clinical experience, David has become proficient in many musculoskeletal modalities and offers treatment and rehabilitation to a wide variety of sports injuries and aims to restore clients to their pre-injury state both quickly and safely.
Nathan is a first class (BSc Hons) Graduate Sports Therapist from the University of Hertfordshire,
where he has learnt to effectively assess, diagnose and treat injuries, as well as provide rehabilitation programmes to prevent them from returning.
Other than working within a private practice setting, he also works for Oxford United football club within their Sports Medicine Department.
It is here he realised that although some injuries may have the same definition,
every patient needs tobe treated individually in order to get to the root of their problem.

Alfie Martin GSR (BSc Hons) is a fully qualified Sports rehabilitator with full insurance and an active member of BASRaT based in Milton Keynes. Specialising in effective exercise prescription and Musculoskeletal injuries to give a holistic approach to his patients.
Alfie’s ethos is creating a patient driven exercise programme along with soft tissue techniques to allow them to return to sport or anactive lifestyle as soon as possible.
Whilst studying at the University of Bolton, Alfie has worked with many high names in sport including Leigh Centurions, Bury FC academy & multiple private clinics around Greater Manchester.
Currently working with Cambridge University Rugby team, Stotfold FC & Milton Keynes Lightning, all these experiences has given him a diverse clinical knowledge ensuring he offers up to date techniques to give his patients the best chance at returning to sport with minimal chance of re-injury.
Sam Roblett (BSc Hons) graduated in Sports Rehabilitation from the University of Bolton, allowing him to become an autonomous healthcare practitioner specialising in musculoskeletal management, exercise-based rehabilitation and fitness.
Through his time at university Sam has been able to work with many professional teams such as London Broncos, Salford Red devils, providing soft tissue massage and treatment .
Currently working with MK Dons Football club in the academy with the Sports Medicine Department, as well as Olney Town FC providing pitch side assistance and rehabilitation and treatment. This has allowed Sam to gain experience across many sporting related injuries from assessment through to rehabilitation.
