Sports Therapy Initial Assessment
If you’re suffering from an injury, ache or pain. This service involves both a thorough initial assessment to establish the cause of your symptoms, as well as providing the appropriate treatment to go with it. This service usually lasts between 45-60 minutes (See services for full list of treatment options available).
Sports Therapy Follow Up
Once a diagnosis has been established, appropriate treatment modalities will be utilised to ensure a speedy and safe recovery to optimum fitness levels. This service usually lasts between 30-45 minutes.
Sports Massage – 30 minutes
A thirty minute deep tissue Sports Massage is ideal when working on a particular muscle group (i.e. calfs and hamstrings). For back pain, a sports therapy treatment is recommended.
Sports Massage – 45 minutes
A 45 minute massage to spend more time on a particular area of the body (i.e. upper or lower body). For a full body massage 1 hour is recommended to get the desired treatment effects.
Sports Massage – 1 hour
A one hour sports massage to work on certain areas of the body. We can usually address the full body in this time, however, if you require more attention to certain areas, please enquire about longer sessions.
